A bit about us... Samantha Davidson, owner and MD, explains the concept around Horizonworks.
Horizonworks Marketing is a strategic marketing company offering a full range of services from strategy development and planning to delivery of communications, PR, events and design.
I established the company in March 2010 following over 12 years working in senior marketing positions for a range of well-known public and private sector businesses across the North-East of England.
Having acquired the experience and knowledge of running a marketing department, I spotted the gap in the market and identified that our USP would be to focus upon providing our clients with a fully outsourced marketing option. Clients can select and choose from our specialist marketing services to augment their existing facilities or we can deliver the work of a full time marketing department. With both, we develop close working relationships with our client and ultimately add value to their business.
The concept of an outsourced marketing department is particularly relevant in this current difficult climate for business. Large organisations are reluctantly trimming the size of their marketing departments and budgets; smaller organisations are holding back from investing in the setting up of an-house facility and require value for money. We position ourselves as the effective alternative solution.
Our clients range across public sector agencies to academia and SME’s. Whilst we work in a variety of sectors, our specialist areas are science, technology and the service sectors. Our headquarters are in Newcastle upon Tyne, however our client base spreads across the North of England including both Leeds and Manchester.
