COMet asks, how effective are your communications?
Posted: 16/12/2011
When it comes to resource cuts, marketing tends to be top of the list; however in these competitive times it is important for businesses to maintain a high profile.
COMet urges you to reflect on how effective your current marketing activities are and how well you are communicating key messages to your customers and prospective customers.
One of the ways in which this can be done is by conducting a communications audit. This gives a snapshot of the businesses communication strategies both internally (employees) and externally (prospects and suppliers).
It is essential to carry out a communication audit, as the results will help determine any future marketing strategy, and ultimately allow you to spend your budget in a more efficient and targeted way.
