Evaluating the RLN's Services

Horizonworks Marketing are working with the Regional Language Network (RLN) in the implementation of a survey to:
1) Evaluate current products and services that the RLN provides and determine the value and benefit to organisations in the region
2) Scope and identify new opportunities and future products that the RLN could provide.
The RLN is committed to supporting the growth of businesses through improving international communication skills and understanding of different business cultures.
Specifically, the RLN offers professional assistance to support business to:
• Develop language skills;
• Develop knowledge of other business cultures;
• Improve business performance in international markets;
• Link with language service professionals;
• Publicise case studies highlighting best practice.
Working in close co-operation with businesses, language service providers and partner organisations the RLN is working to embed linguistic and cultural development in order to increase the region's competitiveness.
