Horizonworks Launch New Newsletter for Easibathe and Easiaccess

We designed and created EasiTimes, a new newsletter for our client Easibathe and Easiaccess which was published this week.

EasiTimes was developed as a result of a communications audit we conducted last year which was to assess their current marketing and communications activities with their customers, suppliers, staff and partners.

One of the key findings from this research was that they wanted to be kept more up to date with their latest product news and company developments.

Easibathe and Easiaccess already communicates with their audience via their sales / account management team, website, email marketing and social media, however findings highlighted that they wanted something that was focussed towards them and their business / requirements.

The finished result, which was published this week, is an engaging and informative newsletter, which is packed with information to keep their customers up to date with all of their company news including:

  • Staff updates
  • Sector news
  • Frequently asked questions
  • Events
  • Case studies & much more…


A printed newsletter is a great communication tool to engage directly with your audience. Today’s activities are very much focussed on online marketing and social media. Although these are fantastic tools to get your message out, nothing beats a traditional printed newsletter to really engage with your customers and show that that you still care about their business. As with any communications campaign, it should be integrated with your other marketing activities!
